Project Description
Sipsmith Gin Distillery were experiencing some extreme high temperature throw off heat from their existing 2No. Distillery Chiller Systems and of which were not only causing an uncomfortable working environment for their staff, it was also starting to cause operational issues with their existing IT/Comms Systems.
UM&E were asked to help resolve this issue with the design and installation of a brand new Chiller Extract System consisting of:
- 3No. Separate Ductwork Systems
- 3No. Inverter Driven Air Extract Fans
- New 3 Compartment Air Extract Plenum Chamber
- External Air Intake & Extract Wall Louvre’s
- Control Panel with inbuilt PRIVA Touch Screen Control to manage, monitor and run the complete system.
Completion of works just in time for the start of the warm weather and with an extremely happy client feeling a lot cooler!
