We have proudly completed M&E works to a new Dobbies Garden Centres store in Chiswick. The new ‘Little Dobbies’ has a range of services installed to ensure the grand opening to its new customers.

We were able to install electrical services comprising of lighting and small power to the sales floor and offices including feature sales floor lights, toilet disabled alarm and hand dryers. Plumbing services of hot and cold water services to the disabled toilet, storage room and sales floor coffee counter including local hot water heaters. Heating & Ventilation of a MVHR unit including all ductwork and grilles to the sales floor and office and to the roof via the building riser and install of entrance overdoor heater. Plus the installation of 2 indoor air conditioning units on the sales floor and 1 air conditioning outdoor unit, where by the outdoor unit had to be craned to the roof due to the building access restraints, no less! Not to mention CCTV installation of of 7 cameras and Data install of cat5e data cabling and install of the office communications cabinet!
